1. Event Admission & Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by event organizers. The Lexington Wine & Brew Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

2. Age Requirement

This is a 21+ event. All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry. No exceptions will be made. Anyone under the legal drinking age will not be permitted to enter.

3. Responsible Consumption

Alcohol will be served only to guests who are of legal drinking age and not visibly intoxicated. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. The Festival reserves the right to stop service to any individual at any time.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation

Event details including date, time, location, vendors, entertainment, and programming are subject to change. In the event of cancellation due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, the Festival may reschedule the event.

5. Assumption of Risk

By attending, you acknowledge that participation in an outdoor festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd activity, weather conditions, and consumption of alcohol. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.

6. Liability Waiver

The Lexington Wine & Brew Festival, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or incident occurring during the event, including those related to alcohol consumption.

7. Photography & Media Release

By entering the Festival, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Prohibited Items & Conduct

For the safety of all guests, the following may be prohibited:

    •    Outside alcohol or illegal substances

    •    Weapons of any kind

    •    Disorderly or aggressive behavior

    •    Unauthorized vending or solicitation

Festival staff reserves the right to inspect bags and personal items upon entry.

9. Vendor & Sponsor Disclaimer

The Festival is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of participating vendors, breweries, wineries, or sponsors. All purchases and interactions are between attendees and vendors.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, and images, is the property of Lexington Wine & Brew Festival and may not be used without written permission.
