All ticket sales for the Lexington Wine & Brew Festival are final.

This event will take place rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, or other acts of nature.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree that:

    •    No refunds will be provided for any reason

    •    Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise

    •    The event will proceed as scheduled unless officially canceled by organizers

    •    In the event of cancellation due to extreme circumstances, ticket holders will be notified regarding next steps
